FAQ

What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept Credit and Debit payments by MasterCard, Visa via PayPal Check Out. Bank transfer or cash deposits are also accepted - Maybank - Urbanjoint Enterprise - 51289000356. QR Pay (Touch N Go, Grab, Boost, Duit Now) is accepted as well. Please remember to send us the payment slip via WhatsApp or Email.

What are the shipping charges like?

West Malaysia - Rm6 for 1 to 2 t-shirts or 1 to 2 caps or a few mini toy figures.
East Malaysia - Rm15 for 1 to 2 t-shirts or 1 to 2 caps or a few mini toy figures.
International (Registered Airmail) - Rm30 onwards
International (EMS) - Rm100 onwards

What shipping carriers do you use to ship your items?

In Malaysia, we use DHL eCommerce, Ninja Van and Poslaju. For International orders, EMS (Express) and Registered Airmail with tracking service will be used. 

How long will shipping take?

Shipping in Malaysia usually takes 1 to 3 working days for West Malaysia, and 3 to 5 working days for Sabah and Sarawak. International shipping via EMS is usually 3 to 7 working days, while Registered Airmail can take anywhere from 7 to 15 working days.

How do you package your items for shipment?

It is our job to make sure you receive your items in their full glory! All caps on www.urbantee.my will be sent via a cardboard box to ensure the cap is protected. For collectible toys, they come with their original packaging plus a shipping box for extra security.

How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking information. If you need help, you can always contact us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process all orders as soon as possible so that we can get your goodies to you as quickly as possible. You can amend your order as many times as you like before you click Complete Order. We regret to tell you that after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sadly, as we process orders so quickly, we are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been processed. If you have any concerns about your delivery address, please let us know via email at contact@myurbantee.my.

How do I make a return?

Not 100% satisfied with your item. No worries! We offer 15-day free returns! Just contact us at contact@urbantee.my and our awesome customer service rep will follow up on it. Please note that New Era, Collectible Toys and all worn, or washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I get a cash refund?

All returns will be converted to store credits which you can use to exchange with other items or keep it for future use.

Additional information:-

  • We usually process and ship out all orders within 1-2 working days. You will be notified if there is a rare case of unforeseen circumstances which delay the shipping process
  • We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported sizing information and dimensions for our products. But due to the nature of the manufacturing process, product sizing may vary slightly from time-to-time (1cm to 3cm).
